Hey... just a note on those rubber mats. I have no proof that they cause issues, but take a look at 2 of my posts regarding the mat that goes over the wireless charger - if you have one

Could you try something in-between? I just picked up this hand held for my boat. BAOFENG BF-F8HP 3rd gen. 8 watt dual band from Amazon for $88. And this thing is small!

Got the lift put on. Not the best pics with the weather. Eibach pro lift, bottom notch, 1/4' spacer, 1.5" blocks in rear. I wanted to keep some rake. For whatever reason the rake looks more pronounced in pictures than in person.

very true, but it's still a cheap back up to other scenarios. Just more risk mitigation.

Same. Ive been researching this for a while. Want a small lift, but would rather have the fuel economy and rake needed for towing.

Sorry if this has been covered, and it may sound a little strange, but, I've gotten the birds that love to crap all over my boat to stay away by hanging a few rubber snakes from the ceiling above it. My dad recommended it after it worked for him at his backyard bar, and it has worked about 95% well for me, still get the occasional badass bird who doesn't care and craps on it anyway. Also, a fake owl is supposed to work too.

Ive installed Bilstein 5100s all around with 1 notch on the shocks in the front and RMAS system in the rear. Also added 1/4" spacer on front left.

How stiff did you go on the roadmasters? I'm at dime spacing now, want to go up to the quarter. Truck rides a little rough on stock shocks and the higher setting tho.

Sorry, got ahead of myself. What I reported is my "end game" for suspension. Fronts will be done next week so I will have an answer for you then. Everything else in the rear was done last summer though.

On your suggestion, and I thought that it was a very good one, I tried the rubber snake twice! Drove away with the first one hanging off my mirror. Yup, you guessed it......gone. So since it worked the first time I bought a 2nd. That only worked for about a week even after moving it around every day.
Enter the owl. Since I crow shoot I already happened to have one. After the 2nd day I got this from the bluebirds. :luvya:
So while both sugestions were good ones, in reality their effectiveness was short lived.

I stopped feeding the little buggers meal worms and for now they have gone elsewhere. We encourage them to nest here so once the weather warms a little more they will be back to breed and nest in one of the 8 bluebird houses we've provided. These guys eat a ton of unsects so they ar worthwhile having around.

Still on the fence about the cover. Taking it on and off every time I need to use my Taco would be a real PITA.
Now that the hose won't freeze every night I'll just spray off the turds as the need arises.

Didn't want to scratch my paint so I set it on my BakFlip and just moved it around.
Same results by the bluebirds after a couple of days. :luvya:

Looks good! Thinking about doing something like that to my dash. What did you use for wrap?

I think it's perfect. I like a rake rather than completely level or nose up. Makes it look like it's ready for work. Put a few things in the bed and it evens out.

Installed my bed rack I designed and built. I made it because I couldn't find one that works with my Bakflip Revolver tonneau cover.

Now to install my RTT and put it to the test...
