Just a warning to check your condensor core mounts.

This weekend got a hole in my radiator from my loose condensor core rubbing against my radiator and putting a hole in it. Luckily had friends close, who helped me out, and had BCAA to tow Truck to shop 300km away. Not sure the exact cause but the passenger side condensor mount broke.

    Take care Y'all!!

That small black rad is for the AT. There seems to be three coolers on them. One near the transmission, one in the main rad, and that secondary. That one was the subject of a massive thread because it is going away mid-year on the 2020s.

That could certainly be the problem child for the OP though.

I believe (and could be wrong) that the condenser is stacked behind the main rad? We should be able to trace the a/c lines from the compressor. Confirmed:

yeah- condenser is the 2nd largest radiator of the three, and is in front of the engine radiator.

I did the fan mod shown in the link on mine for the AC issue, much better than letting the dealer do their TSB hack!

Hahaha! I thought about it because the A/C is weak when moving slow, but I only use it when the fam is along, which is rare. You're right though, that TSB opens up a lot of things to worry about.

I do miss the R12 days. :D With today's sealing tech, I wonder if it could be made safe?
