    Do you work at the Texas factory? I need a the dash cluster plexiglass, dealership only sells it already glued to the trim. How would I get one from the factory before they glue it on??

    That is killer. The tooling guys that I used to work with were not that much fun.

    Now you have me curious about the other ones.

    It makes me laugh when there are article posted about easter eggs that are in plain sight. I am much more excited about ones like yours.

    Thank you for the links! Those come with the entire unit. The plexiglass is already glued to the trim part (that I painted orange). I’ll try the after market and see what shows up! :)

    If the underside framing is painted, I would go with some gentle elbow grease and polish out your scratches? Several folks said that they did it in the sticky?

    I am starting to think about it and considering a coating to protect it. I only have some fine scratches so far.

    Paint shop did actually. Guess it’s a “tricky” part to take apart. It’s the last part I need to rid my truck of all the evil chrome and silver.

    What about a custom cut piece of good plexi? It will surely be more scratch resistant. You can easily measure the thickness now!

    Also it give the opportunity to better seal the trip reset hole. I have a bunch of dust behind it.
