First off, I'm not even sure where to post this question, so I opted for Off-Topic. Hoping I don't anger any members! Please move the post and school me as appropriate :)

Anyhow—is there a forum (maybe I'm blind, I did try searching and browsing the list of sub-forums) for news related things? Not looking to get political, but a buddy of mine shared a pretty hilarious and outrageous article with me that I wanted to share and we could all discuss/talk-shit about.

Lemme know where I would post something like this! :D

TW has a super strict no-politics policy so I'm not sure it would be an attractive news source.

Ah, you're saying this article would be considered political?

Sweet! I saw that thread, with thousands of pages. I'm pretty leery about those kinds of threads because it feels so unorganized to me, but if that's the community standard around here, I'll play along! I appreciate the help.

It was already posted there, but that’s the place for that kind of news.

I think he's saying that allowing news in general would be difficult to moderate since a lot of news is inherently political. So it would be kind of a non-starter.

    you would think so, right!

but there seem to be a few these days that are wanting to change that front look to suit their fancies, so one cannot not be that sure of it anymore
