In my haste to take my tail light off for some pictures for some potential Squareone Creations prototypes, I managed to snap the plastic tabs. I forgot it had been a few years since I took them off, and boy were they stuck on there.

So I bought these on a whim: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Black-Smoke-For-05-15-Toyota-Tacoma-LED-Strip-Brake-Lamp-Tail-Light-Left-Right/174131473729?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Hopefully they aren't too dark for my taste.

Also I need to get some new tail light hardware, as the current ones are pretty seized and might require extra coercion to come off.

What's crazy is I had those in my cart.

Then I saw this thread https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/brightest-led-reverse-light-bulb.568552/ and after looking at the photos I decided to give them a shot haha

So this weekend we set off on a little day trip to see the PA Grand Canyon!

    E0699503-DB5B-461A-9602-6190A3B12DA8.jpg

I planned some cool routes that included some creek crossings and secluded sites, but there was way more ice than I was expecting. So much so that we couldn’t make it up a tiny grade without sliding all over. I didn't have tire chains, and I'm still saving for a winch too, so even fewer recovery options than I would have liked.

    0F2815D2-ACC4-4D87-86DA-93584083F05E.jpg

We decided to turn around at this point which took us along one of the coolest roads I’ve been on. Narrow one way passes with jagged rocks, a few cool bridges and a ton of amazing views.

One of the coolest things that happened is we stumbled upon my Wife’s great uncle’s trail - the Bob Webber trail. He was a forester who built and lived in a primitive cabin for over 50 years. His cabin was moved and is now on display at the Pennsylvania Lumber Museum!

    At the trailhead:

So after a bit of scenic driving we got to our destination. It was practically empty and we got to enjoy the views for as long as we could stand the cold.

Obviously pictures don’t do it justice.

So we decided to head to Wellsboro to see if they’d make me Mayor (my last name is Wells) and to grab a quick bite.

Overall a fun day trip, and although I didn’t get any photos we were treated to a beautiful purple sunset on the way home.

Haha I guess I could make ramps!

Not too bad at all. I also have sound deadening AND the tires are hardly worn. There is maybe 7000 miles or less on them. Perks of having a daily lol

When I traded my ST Maxx's to @Arcticelf they were worn but still not loud, and that was without sound deadening.

I have sound deadening on all sides except floor and driver doors. The hum puts my fiancée to sleep almost instantly lol

Even worn down to slicks they were quite. Patagonia's are louder and grippier.

I like them better than the Maxx, the Duratrak was the best tire I've run. Quite, grippy, etc. However they cost 2x the patagonia, and are not 2x the tire. Also, the patagonia is _tough_ I haven't managed to flat one yet...
