I want to get my truck lifted and went into the dealership to see how much they would charge to do everything and this is what they told me. I was wondering if this was too much? I don’t know much about lift kits, or prices or anything. I just want to make sure the job is right. I am wanting to do 2-3in and put some 33s on my truck. Would love some guidance. I live in Utah but will be working in Texas this summer. Wanting to get this done here in Utah or in Texas. Thanks!

If you care about intact warranty, then Toyota lift dealer installed is for you. If there’s any issues regarding TSS Or suspension components it will be covered under warranty ( ask then about it ). Of course you can get better aftermarket lift with that price. It’s all about convenience for some .

The Toyota 2" lift kit costs $1500 parts, so they are charging you about 800 dollars for labor
The 3" $2200 lift is hard to say, depends on what they use, I'd be surprised that if they can do it at all consider how crazy all suspension parts are out of stock

    wheels and tires seem okay

Above 2 inches of lift and you risk a host of issues. 33s are ambitious with stock gearing.

The Toyota lift kit is new and there are several threads on here about it. You can lift the truck cheaper, but some people think the warranty and safety sensor compatibility are worth the extra cost.

If you want to go down the rabbit hole, these links are a good start.
