No worries. I added it to my saved for later list and will keep an eye out to see if it pops back in stock. Thanks. I am in no hurry but will also keep an eye out for the part number every now and again.

Thanks! I appreciate it. I love them but the light output is kind of blah. They're nowhere near what the OEM HLs produce. I would recommend them if you're going for looks over quality. I would also recommend some solid fogs to pair

A quick look see does not seem too promising. The original web site is no longer active so my guess is that the ship has sailed port with no return date. But stuff ends up for sale used at times so I at least know what to look out for. I can also plug in the info to a nation wide craigslist search engine and see what turns up. Looks good on your ride, nice work!

If you can't find it though CL or TW market place you could always go with a satoshi style grill and DYI it. Or you could talk to @HomerTaco and see if he could make you one.

Thanks, much appreciated. I might one day switch to a pro grill but its way overpriced IMO.

    @theolee

grillcraft made a stout insert. I installed a couple several years ago. Didn’t know they weren’t available anymore.

my grills are quite different though. :)

4/5 sound dampening/heat insulation complete. Floors are next. The nioco red really made a difference in temp. Can't wait to see how it does during the summer.

Thanks! With the Noico black (sound) and Noico red (temp/sound) combine, I feel it has made a 70% noticable difference. I also did the doors, floors ex. I would definitely recommend it if you live in a noisy warm environment :)

Just make sure you measure it out thoroughly before you order the stuff and buy a little extra.

your build has given me so many more ideas for my truck....like the headlights and fogs for starters.

where did you get the headlights from? that website doesnt have an option to buy from them.
also how do you like the output? was it an improvement over stock?

Thanks! I listed everything for that exact reason. :) I have a truck load of new things I need to post that I haven't yet (No pun intended). I just haven't had the time to get it all up here.

I bought the HUs from tacoma beast. I just looked and they are almost double what I originally paid. I have no idea why they jacked up the price that much, covid aside. Here's the link https://tacomabeast.com/collections...-projector-headlights-light-bar-drl-version-2 . Don't pay over $280 for these.

So when it comes to light out put, OEM is your best bet. These put out a decent amount of light, but nothing like your OEMs. They look great and work well paired with a decent set of fogs or exterior lighting. To sum it up, If your willing to sacrifice output for style then I would suggest them but wait for a better sale. $600 is insane o_O.

Hope this answers your questions.

holy shirt balls, thats ridiculous....im wondering if these ebay lights are the smae brand or if they are knock-offs with crappy projectors in them. i have some pretty good fog lights as of now, i got the morimoto xb fogs back when they did a group buy. sad to say i paid almost tripple what the ones you have and mine have condensation on the inside....2 weeks after i installed them. tried to contact them and they gave me the cold shoulder :(

    EBay link long

This one has a free return policy:
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/183832142073

Looks plug and play like mine. The only difference I see is the smoked lens. I'm sure they're all the same just sold by a different company. Screw paying $600s... They're not even worth $200 IMO. Take a shot if you really want them. Don't like them, send em back :)

There's another pair of headlights I saw that look exactly like the turd gens but for 2nd gen. I can't remember where I saw it, they looked pretty freaking sweet though. I look around for it.

Damn sorry to hear about the fogs, I almost bought the morimoto's but decided to go with the knock offs temporarily. I'm saving up for a BAMF front bumper and plan to mount heretic studio lights all around. You could always open them and clean them up then reseal. :notsure:
