Help with Bed Accessories

So I'm planning on doing an out of state hunt in Georgia next fall/winter. And from what I've gathered. I'm going to need traction boards and a shovel in case I get stuck in the mud. For traction boards I'll be getting the X-Bull ones since they're much cheaper than Maxtrax and since they'll be good enough for my needs. I want to mount them to the rail that goes behind the cab. Does anyone know what the part number is for it, and where to buy it cheap? Also, how would you attach a pair of X-Bull traction boards to it? Lastly, what would you use to mount a shovel to the bed? Note, I'm thinking about mounting it to a side or to the traction boards. I don't want to drill anything into the bed.

This is what I made for my Maxtrax, I’m sure you can do something similar for the X-Bull boards.
