My BMW was the same way, leave it for a week and it's a slow cranker... Leave it for two weeks and you need another vehicle to jump it haha

Ive got a craftsman riding lawn mower I always have to jump if it sits more than two weeks. I think a solar panel would be perfect for a trickle charger that doesn't need an outlet

So I know the oem aluminum skids are discontinued but does anyone know if the brackets for them are also or are those still available? Thanks gents.

I don't believe my pump had a ball bearing when I pulled it apart. Journal bearings yes but I'm sure the 5vz one has that as well.

You only need a tape measure, angle finder and a flat level surface to do a "good enough" alignment.

It's possible there is a small spacer in the coilovers to account for the driver side being heavier.

I'd be impressed if someone went through the effort of putting the wrong rack in there. I'd think the wrong tie rods would be more likely.

Post a picture of the rack and tie rods.

That was my Taco last week. I drive it maybe once every 3 weeks anymore, and only for 15 mins max so it was hurting.

Got the Noco 5 to see how the battery repair mode goes.

Switched gears on my sound damping. More dynamat did show up today so I can get the truck finished.

today I got my drive lines dropped of to get altered for my duals. Pulled my t case, pulled my rear trans housing to remove the bearing and seal, got it mated back up and rtv.

This is me now as well.

The truck got booted out of the shop by the daily, so I have a CTEK charger on the battery in winter mode pretty much 24/7. Fires up no problem, but if it’s super cold, she still gets a bit cranky, even being on the charger. I’m gonna start driving her to work once a week to see if that helps.

In case anyone was curious, just a quick job on a mill with some 3/16 angle iron and a couple metric drill bits. I can make em if there's a need. But the first gens are what a minimum of 18 years old now and this product doesn't exist so I'd imagine the need is low.

Those German cars seem to be asleep but never really off.

I was eyeing that one but I went with a cheap pair from Amazon. Hoping to drive my truck more than I have but getting 10mpg premium feels wasteful just to commute.
