    Relentless Fab hybrid bumper, 2.5” Dobinsons IMS lift, RCI skids and sliders, block heater. Rola rack. Painted FJ Steelies. Was trying to keep it stock, now slowly building for the Wisconsin trails.
    Harbor Fraught has a Black Friday sale on the Badlands 12k winch and the off road Jack for those that are interested. Good through tomorrow.

    Needless to say I bought some stickers

    Which reminds me. @OldSchlPunk did you replace your hitch pin for the winch hook yet? If so what did you use? I know you were looking for something captive.

    Hey crew... those rubber panels up front in the wheel wells that are just held in by push pins; has anyone got a source for material that thickness and flexibility? Need to do some spots in back for the flatbed, and rather than weld it up solid I was thinking this might be a way to help keep the junk out. Let me know please.

    Kinda useless if you ask me;

    Not sure what OEM is made from, but you could try out something like 1/16" ABS sheet.

    Edit: D'oh I was thinking the stiffer plastic for wheel well liners, not that vertical rubber guard between tire and engine bay.

    I forget the proper name for it but it's rubber roofing, couple of mil's thicker than the front stuff but should work well.

    We get these anti slip sheets between rolls of paper that are similar to these. They also work good for toolbox liners.

    Here's the ones I get from work. Cut trimmed and sealed to keep crud from getting up by the taillights.

    Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
    Dan @Taco-Grinder had a cotter pin handy. That's what I'm running at the moment. Haven't given it much thought (other than looking at it last week) since getting home from the last weekend outing.

    Whoever at Toyota decided that the third gen Tacoma would have an actual handbrake instead of a foot operated parking brake is a hero that needs to be celebrated

    Another option for material is a semi truck mudflap from your local truck stop. They’re thin (ish), not the huge thick ones from the old days. It still might be too thick for what you’re looking for, but then again it might be perfect. 20 bucks. I got one just as material to have on hand for this and that.

    I miss the pull and twist E-brake my '94 4Runner had. But, I'd gladly trade the foot pedal for a lever style one like the Tacos have.

    Another option yet, know any truck drivers who haul the big rolls of paper ? They put these rubber mats down in the trailers so the rolls won’t move around, usually everyone just throws these out, perfect for toolbox liners, etc, just an FYI.
