I know I am a newbie, but just wanted to let everyone know I ordered the full ome kit from toytec yesterday. I randomly called them originally to just get pricing info including shipping. Turns out it was customer appreciation day or week. Saved me 160 bucks. Whole kit with front struts assembled, all bushings, u bolts, drive shaft drop, trim packer installed, and complete Dakar rears shipped cost 1,200. I was looking at 4 wheel nonlinear but the horrible reviews and poor customer service scared mes away. 4 wheel parts was also a bit cheaper but they could not verify what all came in the kit. Toytec had everything I needed for the install except for the tools and jack stands. Customer service thus far has been awesome. They did call a few hours after I ordered to let me know the rears were on back order. Said they would ship out everything else and the rears should ship first week of September. Ill get pics posted soon and do before and after with measurements when I do the install.

Edit: How she sits pre lift:

OME complete kit w/ 885s on Nitrocharger Sports, 1/4" spacers, Dakars w/ Nitrocharger Sports, LR UCAs, 265/70-17, Duratracs, G4 Elite tonneau, Weathertech Window Deflectors, Weathertech digital floor liners, factory JBL/Entune, rear differential breather relocate.
Congrats, you'll love it! Are you installing it yourself? If so there's a nice how-to in the suspension section, helped make the install much easier for me. You may want to start pricing some new upper control arms too, you may have issues getting a good alignment without them. Some have been lucky, lots have not.

Yea I was hoping not to have to get the Uca just yet. I didn't go with the top plate spacers, hope that helps everything line up. Also hope the lift doesn't cause problems in the long :eek:run. I plan on keeping this ride for awhile. I haven't read much regarding long term effects of the ome kit, which is one of the reasons I went with it.

By the way, how is the ride with sport shocks and how much rear lift did you get with the Dakar rears. Thanks.

I like the ride. It's a little stiffer than stock but not as bad as I was expecting. I got about 2.5" from the Dakars over my pretty much brand new stock leafs.

Thanks, did you install uca at the same time you did the lift. Just trying to figure out how bad I need uca, or if I can get by for awhile without them. Not doing any real off roading yet. Thanks

Yeah, I did it all at the same time because I knew I was going to get as close to 3" as possible and wanted to do it right. Made getting the new front shocks in a lot easier.

I did cause I didn't want to have to go back and do it afterwards and get another alignment when I did put them in. I Drove with the new lift for about 2 weeks to let it settle too before I got the alignment done.
