    Thanks for the info Chas but it wasn't helpful, couldn't find anything on how to bend the corners for the Tacoma they were laying the insert on relatively flat surfaces which is a no brainer.
    I got the insert installed and for those thinking of ordering the Rigid insert and it comes flat send it back for one that has been preformed to fit the tacoma unless your willing to spend hours trying to make it fit properly.
    I ended up leaving the plastic on both sides where the two side bolts of the insert are located and getting a couple longer SS screws then drill through the plastic and attaching to get and keep the shape needed to fit properly not a big deal but for a $1000 bucks the insert should fit without all the added trouble. The following pics are of the plastic left before final cleanup and the completed install, While I had the grill out the chrome section was removed and painted to match the truck using Dupli Color self etching primer, Mag grey

    The picture is not the best angle to show how nice the grill really looks and fits but I must say this grill is awesome. Although the install may have been a little more difficult than expected I would do it again. Connected the lights this evening and for a 20" single row it throws some light out in front of the truck. Now its time to mod the headlights

    does anyone have a working link to the led bar for the lower grille for a 13 tacoma? in earlier post I saw there there were links to brackets etc. but everything comes up to a web site saying the page had been moved. Any info would be appreciated.
