120v LED bed rail lights?

I'm looking to mount a couple small 120v LED lights on my bed rails to use intermittently by plugging into the 120v outlet... Anyone already do this? What LED's? Most on Amazon are 12v.

 

Why use anything 120vac? Why would you risk electrical shock when there are thousands of low voltage LED options?

 

Have tonneau cover... Not really interested in routing wires for 12v. Need lights every now and again, and flashlight isn't ever bright enough. (Maybe need better flashlight, not 120v bed lights )

If you’re doing this to put up a string of Christmas lights that you’ll take down later, it’s great.

If you want permanent lighting, it’s not a good idea. I recommend Matt Gecko’s lights...
