    First post. I searched but couldn't find anything on this, just a curiosity question really. Has anyone tried to modify the backup camera to allow you to access it anytime, not just when reversing?

    Both helpful, thank you. And you're right, it's in the head unit, uses the whole screen.

    Radio On Mod, Complete new stereo with 10" subs, Truxedo bed cover, GT-MAT through doors and rear cab.
    I prefer it in the mirror because I feel it keeps my eyes up where the action is. I hate to look down at the radio to see behind me.
