If no one has any real objection, or insight as to it being a problem setting say the fox level 1 to max lift setting, I will probably go this route. As smitty mentioned to me on a PM, he does not think setting the 6112's to max lift will hinder the quality much at all or longevity of the shock.

I wish someone who has went from medium setting the max setting with one of these adjustable coilovers could chime in and share their experience.

Kings it is, that's what I want as my next set, will be selling the old IFPs. They have about 25K on them, no leaks right now.

yeah if i were to ever adjust them it would be while on the truck. Ive used spring compressors several times and will not be doing that again. Ill pay someone to do it before ill mess with that.

Agreed on the fine threads on fox body, spanner wrench will also hurt your hand and doesn't work on the new IFPS. I have the very first production version, ordered them before they were on the market. If you look at the adjusters on mine, I have the locking ring. The new ones have an Allen bolt locking the ring down. I was able to adjust mine on my Truck, but they do now say to use a spring compressor. Moving onto Kings. Done.

Thats the mentality I am having. Not sure how i feel about preloading them that much to get 2" lift for a permanent deal.

I am adding a Pelfreybilt steel bumper, skids, and 10K winch. New shocks with 700lbs springs I think are going to be a must get. What do you think?

I am thinking that I will just add 700s to the IFPs and try that 1st. Trying to save up for gears, lockers, wheels and tires right now. Thanks for the info, really appreciate the advice man.

Did, about 2 or 3 turns. Had no issues with alignment or driving.

Still tossing ideas around TBH. Pretty much between these

OME full set up 887 coils, OME shocks

    Fox 2.0 or 2.5

    6112's max settings

All seem to be solid ideas.
Will do the ECGS Bushing during install.
If I can get the fox to 2" without "maxing" them out, thats the route I will most likely go.
Rear I will either do HS 3 leaf AAL or Dekar.

For now I am not doing UCAs as these should keep it around 2" front.
I want to maintain atleast a 1" rake, so may end up having to do the Dekar. Plus I sometimes haul a trailer with remodeling supplies.

He can go nuts with his budget but for a daily driver that sees as much time on the road as he says, my recommendation should work for him. No preloading springs, no spacers, no UCAs, no alignment issues and no coilover adjustments / maintenance / rebuilding for just over half his budget.

It even compensates for possible Taco lean with the 1/4 inch spacer on the driver side.

If he wants to go higher he can swap to 887 springs but the rake will be reduced.

Very pleased with the performance of my truck and the tires still look proportional.

sweet man. Thanks for sharing that with me. I think the 885's will be what I go with.

How does it ride compared to stock?
How much has it settled since lift? ( i see youve only had it on a few days so hard to say yet I am sure)
I have zero weight in my bed or rear end. I will most likely not leave the Overload leaf in.

    Love the truck. Looks great.
