    I totally should.

Technically my Avalon is a 3rd gen. Does that count?

lol I was just about to post a link to that thread too a few minutes ago. Part of me wants to think he's lying just to add to the dumpster fire thread compilation on that forum. But then I realized, even if he is lying, how sad is it that people go those lengths to garner that kind of attention on here. And if he's not lying, well..then...that's pretty pathetic, too

The photo he posted reminds me of my how my ex's shins looked because she had a skin/hair picking disorder (trichotillomania...it's an odd disorder but it's real). Maybe he's got that too and trying to come up with an elaborate scapegoat

Definition of madness is doing the same thing over and over while expecting a different outcome. He should have learned by classic conditioning like you said. He innately would start to avoid it with time without conscious effort. Part of me finks he wants attention

The 3rd gen forum is full of it...it's like any other kind of social media really. People want attention and want their content to generate likes by whatever means necessary. Gives them that little shot of dopamine that wears off quick and next time they need it, they need more and they come up with crazier stories, exaggerations or flat out lies

Don't get me wrong I'm a fan of a good joke/made up story to make others laugh but there's a line you don't cross between trying to be funny and trying to be dumb.

I haven't visited the third gen section much at all. Just a link when people post to show something or whatever, blows my mind how different the average third gen forum user is as compared to average first gen forum user. Not a blanket statement, I'm not saying all of either forum because we have ours here in first gen as well. But generally speaking....wow

Yeah man that's exactly it, more for them it's a place to hangout and bitch and whine about how miniscule my life is and I want attention..... Maybe it's not thaaaaaaat bad(maybe it is? :anonymous:) :D
I will admit, some serious entertainment comes from how ridiculous some of them are:rofl:

I'm glad you guys are so giving and sacrificing that you'll give up your own sanity and mental well being to surf the third gen section to find us funny threads to laugh at:rofl:

Ain't that the truth! I always laugh when I hear the story about someone buying 3 life sized stuffed animal alpacas on Amazon and forgetting, cause they had a few drinks, until they showed up at the door delivered :Dlmao
