    This damn thing took an hour and a half to get together, even realized im missing a few minor steps,
    ill add them when i get back to my comp

    Did you use the worring for the bulbs form the kit whe. I installed the the bids there Solomonic stays open in high beam and won't switch and if I in plug the selinoud it goes to lows but won't switch? Did you have any issues

    I had no problems...
    Assuming you're talking about wiring

    your shield stays open?

    That was really hard to read. But I think it says your high beams are on all the time. I had that problem and had to swap the orange/blue wires on the input harness. There is a TRS PDF that says it might be blue/black that have to be switched in some cases, but mine was orange/blue.

    Yeah my high beans stay on I switchede the wires like the PDF said but still high beams always on if I un plug the shield or solenoid what ever you want to call it the it's lowbeams always on

    That was my problem with the harness as it came. And same when I swapped blue/black as the PDF said. I screwed around with it and a test light for a bit and found swapping orange/blue made everything work. Be sure you are swapping the wires on the 3 wire input that plugs into the drivers side oem harness.

    Alright, this is how mine had to be set up to work correctly.

    dude snowman you are the freaking man :bowdown: just ran out to my truck on my break swapped it like your pictures show and it worked perfectly they work perfect now i repeat you are the man :bowdown:

    Haha thanks. I messed around with it for a while when I installed mine. Took longer to figure that out than the whole projector install. Haha
    Hopefully others will read this if they have the same problem

    Different headlight housings need different sized washers. The kit comes with everything needed for any application (within the H4 range, if you choose H4)
    Our Tacomas dont need the smaller washer, just the big one.
