2014 anytime fog light mod not working!

I am in the process of adding the anytime fog light mod to my 2014 off-road.

My issue is after following his directions to what I think was correctly, my anytime fog lights are not working. They just continued to work as they always have, with the headlights.

I used the recommend blue multi lock connector and spliced into the green wire on to the circled wiring harness over to the relay leg. I have continuity from the green wire to the relay.

Any ideas to why this isnt working?

1) I just did jumpers LED DTRL mod.

 

I just found out I was wiring to the wrong relay. On the 2014's the relay is in a separate box, it is pointed out in the "2012" how to section.
