You should take it back to who ever did the work. Let them fix it. That’s what you paid for.

    Welcome to TW @Katt

That’s a fair amount of work to get done. I agree with @spitdog , take it back to the shop that did the work and explain the noise to them. Hopefully they’ll get it fixed quick.

Well I would however I didnt take it to a shop. My buddy did it. Assuring he knew what he was doing. So with that being said. Im just asking what it could possibly be. Is there a wrong way to put the axels back in? Axel nut not tight enough? Or because the diff oil never got put back in?

Have your buddy recheck the torque on the nuts/bolts that were removed during the original job.

Does the front differential have fluid in it? Here’s a good write up.

Clunk after work "typically" means something isnt tightened down enough or properly...can you locate left or right side? front of truck?

Does it clunk at low speed when you first press the brakes after changing directions?

First off, definitely make sure the diff oil was filled properly. Clunking could be coming from the sway bar endlinks and not from what was already replaced (so I've read). It could also be from the alignment bolts not being torqued to spec. Did you get it aligned after the work was completed?
