    @Crom

    Hands down the best build thread on TW. Meticulous, thoughtful, purposeful, functional. I mean come on, the dude even takes the time to report on the weight of the bolts he uses. Every tiny detail of every project is thoroughly covered in both words and pictures so that the rest of us can use it as well. Don't feel like digging through a million pages to find what you're looking for? Don't sweat it, each project is hyperlinked on the first page. Most expensive build? Nah. Coolest truck? Debatable. Best build thread? Absolutely.

    does turning tires to black wall out count? How bout added snug top rebel.
    I really like all the builds on TW. It is really awesome how much time you guys put into the documentation, I've wasted many hours reading, learning, laughing, and enjoying all of the hard work you guys have put into your trucks.

    I really like the way @jberry813 puts so much technical shock talk, mixed in with sarcasm in all his builds, plus they are built so well, and perform so well, and there are 5(my count) of them, so I've spent plenty of time enjoying his builds.

    @scocar 's collection of well thought out 2nd gen parts, all waiting on that shelf, has always entertained me, more for the humor than build.

    @anothernord 's builds have been eye openers, so many little problems that this guy just solves with little drama. His rebuild is crazy, turbo wasn't good enough, I'll just throw in a turbo diesel instead!

    All the solid axle builds are badass! Really hard to argue with @bayareataco 's build, so clean and thought out, I'm just waiting(hoping) he really does sit down and put the whole build with pics on here. This is probably the truck I would build if I had the time and money.

    @Crom 's build is the most organized and easy to find info. This guy deserves to win just because of his effort.

    If you've read @Torspd 's build, you've felt the ups and downs of someone pushing the envelope, someone who knows these 4.0 motors better than anyone, always with an incredible attitude, even when months of labor are thrown away in seconds, never gives up, always documents what happened and why, and then explains what the next step is. It looks like 2017 might be the year we see the true potential of the 4.0 turbocharged motor. I hope so!

    @DOUBLLD 's twin turbo ls swap is the craziest thing on here! Another guy that pushed the limits of the 4.0, and went a little different route than most here. But his workmanship and willingness to make a Tacoma a 1000hp monster is incredible!

    My vote is for @DOUBLLD 's build, he's the first I saw ask for my vote, but really there are dozens of awesome builds here, and I'm glad TW is recognizing them, hard to pick just one though!
