Just disconnect from the internet before you run TS and it won’t phone home. The software should still run, this worked for me thanks to @lapoltba

 

I think your trucks experience is a bit different than most others. Our OLE code patch does need some tweaking, which is why it was just a beta to get some feedback on.

Thanks for this! How do you know which CUW file to use? What ECU version do they update to?

 

OLE version before this one is better. What were the changes that would affect the performance?

 

Not at all, I was commenting that the O2 sensor was the fun police, disabling lots of stuff.

 

Performance may have been a little better in the previous OLE, but the pedal response on flat to slight grades around 60-70mph and downshifting of the latest OLE crushes the previous version for me, 2018/04A61/33s.

 

It's different because the release prior was geared toward performance, while this one isn't. It's so he can get feedback on the different tunes going into the final 2.0 release.

This. Last beta was a base tune, previous 2.0 betas were performance tunes.

 

Hard to believe this is a base tune. I'd rather go back to TSB.

Tomorrow is my birthday to. That's kick ass. Would be an awesome birthday present. Got her all cleaned up this evening. A clean truck always makes for a better birthday.

 

There is no stock tune (TSB or not) that I’d rather go back to. Every OVTune that I’ve ran has been an improvement and more enjoyable to drive over stock.
If you don’t like the 2.0 beta, just go back to 1.05.

If you click the wrong one, it simply will not load. But for 2016s and 2017s, it is the file with 33 in it. For 2018s, it is the other file.

 

Sorry, but I have not seen that before. Maybe try a fresh install?

 

A few of the other guys let me know that was what you probably meant.

 

Some adjustments to shift tables, ignition algorithm, and per gear throttle tables.

Like I said I really think your truck is one of the outliers with additional things going on and requires a custom touch.
