No. The screws are for wire attachment. The interface for adjusting is digital. The new version I linked has bluetooth, so you can use an app on your phone or the buttons on the module.

I've got info in my build thread on my install, and @EatSleepTacos made a good write up thread (https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...-an-easy-alternative-to-the-hypertech.622313/). I think he used this new version with the bluetooth.

Has anybody in here ever tried/succeeded in dropping the oil pan on a 2tr while the engine was in the truck? Trying to figure out if it's possible. Reason being, I need to do a rod bearing replacement on the cheap and quick to limp it along for another couple weeks-months

With an engine hoist, you could probably pick it up just enough to do just that. Without removing I did that on the 4.0 before.

I pulled my front diff and swapped my upper oil pan, need a second hand pulling/installing that diff in tight quarters though if applies.

What is the most weight anyone has pulled with the 2 tr-fe with a standard transmission? Just curious if anyone has done any longer drive well over the weight limit

Not much, the URD MAF Cal only changes fueling in open loop so above around 4k rpms under high loads.

I remember feeling like i lost a little torque when going to an aftermarket intake when mine was still n/a, but it had a little more top end. Which header are you gonna go with?

The throttle response module won't change any hp/tq numbers, it will simply increase the rate at which your truck sees throttle applied. So it will "feel" faster, but there will be no change to the dyno numbers.

There's only one way to find out! If it was me, i'd save my money and throw some boost at it. That will definitely help

I've been eager to see what it puts down as well. I am expecting good torque numbers but the top end hp will probably be less than the URD kit just because it is lacking an intercooler. A little roots blower would be perfect for a truck like yours though! Torque is what id be after for a heavy rig
