Right now i have the rough country 3" spacer lift and block, but the lift only sits like an 1 inch over stock. I have 265/70/17's that rub when i turn, im thinking about upgrading the front to a 3" toytec spacer and the diff drop, what size tire could i run with that set up?

well considering that the kits from both company's are the same.... You probably won't get any additional lift. Is your truck a 6 lug truck? If you really want to upgrade, that would mean something with a better shock. Bilsteins, OME, or a set of Coilovers like those from ICON.

the kits are very different, they one i have just sits on top of the strut assembly, the toytec you have to disassemble and it appears to be a lot better than the one i have. The rough country one says it is 3" but it only measures like 1.5"
