    i saw a guy on here that bought a salvage tacoma 2nd gen and im very intrested in doing one if i can do it with out throwing an arm and a leg im intrested in finding a 2nd gen ext cab with out frame or engine damage thats not a roll over has anybody on here done this let me know

    I'm sure they exist, but don't expect a big discount. Remember, fenders and bedsides can be replaced relatively easily.

    I think any second gen that will have a salvage title would have had to have likely had frame and/or engine damage or have been in a roll over. Otherwise the vehicle would have been repaired.

    no not all of them i been browseing a few salvage sites and there are quite a few suited for this project i just gotta find the right price

    If you can buy it right it would be a good deal, and if you can get parts cheaper than MSRP.
    Keep in mind that most dealerships won't take a vehicle in trade if it has a salvage title.

    haha well im not looking to trade it im looking to buy it fix it and drive it til the wheels fall off
