    vent visors, folding tonneau cover, carpeted bed,
    There are 2 filters in my air box can one be taken out to help mpg

    u only take out/replace that large one thats pleated

    Id highly doubt if taking the charcoal element out makes any MPG difference.

    what are u getting MPG now?

    theres no benefit on the 4.0

    the 4 bangers may get a lil more pep, but our V6 has been on a dyno with ALL air filters removed and gained zero hp.

    the restriction is in the design of any baffles/kinks in the intake setup itself.

    Toytec Coilovers, Total Chaos uca's, Wheelers aal+Bilstein 5160's. 285/70/17's, Method Double Standards. Magnaflow exhaust, GrilleCraft grille, Allpro bumper,diff breather relocate, yellow wire mod, oil catch can, weathertechs.
    Removing the secondary filter does nothing. It has a purpose.Your best bet is to just keep your normal air filter changed regularly or get a K&N.

    maybe its all psychosomatic, hell I dunno. Never tried and and dont care to.

    I dont have a 4cyl anyhow, but I thought I read a few ppl say they noticed a difference.

    then again, I also didnt listen when people told me intakes are worthless
