Well now I kinda wish I didn't do triple sticks. But oh well hopefully I will like it when I close the tunnel back up. I searched for installed pics of the triple sticks but could not find any so I had no idea what I was getting into.

I tried to cut out as little as possible.

But as the cases got closer to their final position I ended up cutting out all of the tunnel above the rear shifter assembly and linkages.

I had to bend the crawl box shifter back to clear the tranny shifter.

And this sucks. You get what you pay for I reckon.

would be so pimp. It was a lot of work fitting the triple sticks but I think I will enjoy when the women start flocking to it.

this is true. itll be tough to beat the flocks of women the panty dropper had though, but the tripple stick will make it a close competitor

I'm not seeing how you are going to be able to keep the middle console intact. It is better than not having triple sticks, because as I'm sure you have seen, most people run them right where those switches are on the console for the back glass up/down and the washer fluid switch. Still can't wait to see what you come up with. I might steal yo rig for an hour on Memorial Day :spy:

if im not mistaken i believe that it allows the shifters to come through the original shifter boot

It just looks much further back than the stock boot location. I could be wrong, it just looks like it will be a really tight fit if it is gonna work. I hope he is happy with it because I will be doing a similar setup, and definitely getting all my parts from Dave'z :stirthepot:

Yea its going to work. Mine is already moved back a couple inches from the factory spot by the PO who did the 5spd w/ top shift case swap. I will probably move the window switch and ditch the other one and move the console back to the factory spot.

Don't talk to me about bending shifters. You should've been there when Larry and I bent, cut, welded, re-bent his to clear his e-brake cable bracket. When we got done with that thing it looked like it had been kick-fucked by Optimus Prime.

Thanks! Oliver's started on the driveshafts today so maybe I can have them back around Wednesday. I have been talking with Dave Whitley at Oliver's and he has been a great guy to deal with so far.

Did you get your TC mounts straightened out. I didn't look like there was much room to adjust it.

Mine was a royal PITA. The Skys crossmember had the wiggle room built into it though. I just took a while.

Looks nice though. There were some install pics on Pirate somewhere.

I might be worth making an ammo can console and selling that one before you cut it up.
Unless you really want to keep the OEM one.

Get them shafts in..... and top off your fluids :)

I had a note on my windshield to remind me to do so.

I have a note on my guage cluster

The trail gear crossmember has a little wiggle in it but not enough to line the t-case mounts up. I'm going to pull it off and open up the crossmember mounting slots enough to get everything buttoned up. I have some leftover grinding stones from my knuckle clearancing so it should be no problem.

What I did and you can see in some of the pictures is jack up the tranny with a piece of wood and then jack up the crossmember with that table jack (awesome tool btw) I borrowed from work. I loosely bolted the crossmember so I could slide it around to get the t-case mounts lined up but it just wasn't happening. I have to take the table jack back in the morning though so I will have to get creative if I don't have any help.
