Completely missed this quote. Maybe because it falls back into the category of "me not having a truck, joke"

Engine freshly rebuilt due to blown head gasket, built my own CAI, EGR delete from LCEngineering, Billstein 5125's in the back with GM leafs, I can't stand paying for something that I can make in my garage so I built my own spacers for the front and tweaked them for 3" of lift.

Anyone in need of a dash, steering column, gauge cluster, out of a 98 tacoma? No cracks in dash and airbags still in tact with module.

I Wish I could attempt to diagnose your problem man. I'm not very good at trying to figure these things out unless it's a problem I've experienced myself.

EDIT: I see Bill (BamaToy1997) is taking care of ya! He's our local mechanic up here, he basically built my entire truck.

Are you parting it out? I need a number of parts, but I'm not sure if the stuff from a 98 would fit my 95.5.

I swapped all the interior from my 95.5 to my 98 donor cab when I rebuilt my truck. Everything about the 98 dash is different from the 95.5.

No sir, we sure don't. 99% of the people in this thread are central or north Alabama.

There is a Mobile Alabama thread where the south guys hang out.

I saw them in person the day before yesterday and they look badass! Fit very well on the nice shiny paint job! :)

Still working on it. One panel/section at a time. Right now the right side of the bed is done, and the left side has the back third done. Still have the tailgate, cab, and front to do. I have about 5 hours of sanding on the right side of the bed.

If you want to get these done, RuggedT is the one who did them. He has the template for them already. He and I spent about 2 weeks back and forth with thoughts and changes until we finally came up with these. I selected the white and red colors because of the good contrast on the blue paint.

By the way, Dave, when you got those new, clear turn signal lenses for the front, where did you get them, and how much were they? I have an idea for some 1st gen trucks that I think will be popular.
