No issue closing the gas tank door.

I'm awaiting some chrome side emblems to paint black and install. The shadowing is just too noticeable after I debadged.

When I told my wife I had to get one of those Fumato drain plugs, she inquired, 'Who is this AlphaEcho character, and why are you stalking his truck?', to which I replied, 'Have you seen it?'

Still digging the clean look. I just added some sock decals, but after spending $75 and applying them, still looking to go back to the super clean look. The decals are awesome, just torn between a decaled look and super clean.

Have you tried Ultimate Compound to remove the shadowing?

Is there a big difference between the Airaid over stock? Looks about the same size. And what was the deal with the gas tank door?

Did you take some rubbing compound to that area?

Yeah, I really dig the drain plug no mess and no gasket replacement, thanks. I tried some 3M compound and rubbed the heck out of it no luck. The biggest thing about the Airaid is that it excludes the stock resonators thus increase sound a bit over 2500rpm. I didn't buy it looking for crazy performance gains, wanted alittle more sound and I like how it sits in the engine bay. Here's a link to what I did with the gas door and rear diff LINK. I got the side decals in the mail, I'm just waiting for the weather to clear to paint them. I wanted to go for a modified stock look... if that makes sense. I like the red/black theme and wanted it to look as if it could have been a factory option. Thanks for looking guys

Picked up some Ammo cans, plan on painting and adding locks for security and bolting them through the bed.

Installed the rear shocks today and I can tell an improvement in the rear end. I compressed the old shocks and they compressed about an inch before I heard what sounded like dirt/sand then they stopped.
