I have started noticing a little noise coming from the ac/heater blower motor when the ac or heater is on. It's not too loud but loud enough to be annoying.
    Is this normal?

I have a 2011 Double Cab and mine was making an annoying ticking noise. Mentioned it to the tech when I brought it in for an oil change and he said Toyota had a bulletin on it and replaced mine free of charge. Quiet ever since.

I went through replacements from the dealer 3-4 different times before greasing it and its been good since.
