    I bought it directly from http://www.scangauge.com/ since it doesn't seem you can get it much much lower than that as far as I have seen when I searched for it.

    OK Im getting mixed info from what Ive been seeing. Some sites say it will read hp the Amazon link mentioned above says the same thing, but Ive seen some sites that sais it does not. If it did how would it calculate the hp#????:confused:

    crap bolted and welded together....

    as long as its the new scanguage with the update software, you can show HP. They have the code for it on their website. it takes a few steps and a few random numbers, but then you can display the HP. It calculates it from the computer in the truck some way. Thats all i can think of

    Cool. I would hate to see what little hp my 4banger puts out. How do you know if its one of the updated models before you buy one??

    depending where you get it, look to see if xgauge is mentioned anywhere. Thats the newest software for the units. CHECK THEIR SITE. It pretty much states anything you may ask in the question/answer section
