    Guys I'm thinking about painting my stock TRD OR wheels black on my 09 Dbl cab....does anyone have a pic of this already done so i can get a an idea of the look of the wheels with an MGM? Thank you in advance.

    I did mine with Krylon's Satin Black...I thought it was worth it...looks good IMO...good luck

    Thanks man, yours too...I need to lift mine...I'm jealous lol

    I did for the most part but its actually pretty tough to do a really good masking job...the small parts on the tire that got paint came off once i washed my truck...just scrubbed it with one of those scotch bright sponges

    Yeah I was weary about trying it and it not looking good too so I didn't sand my wheels...just sprayed primer and then paint just in case I didnt like it...the paint will easily come off with acetone or thinner.

    Thanks for the pics guys! It was nice to post a question and have some helpful folks shoot you a pic of something they did and get the answer I was looking for along with some info on how they did it...without looking and looking for the right truck with the right wheels with the right paint and post and post to get the right answer on how it was done..blah blah. Not trying to stoop to the level of some folks but not sure how some folks are allowed to go out in public... You know who you are.:)
