Thanks the access cab really needs a flat floor no matter if you make it or pony up the big bucks for the goose gear. My seats go all the way back and can still recline all the way when i dont have anything big in the back

I installed the 60% delete on my 2021 OR DCSB and wanted to share some things I discovered in case anyone else is thinking of doing the same:

    - If you watch the GG install video, they say you need to cut away some carpet for the install (which I did, unfortunately). It turns out on my 2021, I could have just ignored that step because the version of the 60% delete I got does not even use the hole covered by the carpet they told me to cut away.
    - I may have done some slight damage to the clips on the plastic storage area behind the seats when I removed them because I had my seats completely laying flat in the forward position. There was very little room to pull the storage area forward/out when the seats are like this, so I had to pull the plastic storage areas upwards which damaged the clips. If I had to do it again, I would only recline the seat slightly forward while removing those black storage areas.
    - I have the OEM all weather floor mat in the back (it's one piece that spans the entire floor of both back seats). Unfortunately, I can't use the floor mat with the GG delete on the 60% side because it would then make the entire delete sit too high (it might be possible to spacers/washers on all connecting holes, but then I believe the back wall would be too high and no longer align with the holes on the cab). I still want a floor mat on the 40% side, so I'll probably end up cutting the mat.
    - It is a lot noisier. I'm going to try installing Noico 80mil and 310mil on the delete floor and delete back wall, only (not on the truck cab walls itself). I'll let you guys know how much of a difference that makes.
    - GG sent me the wrong sized washers for the back wall. They are too small and slide right into the holes. Make sure to check your hardware.

Any of you folks tried the Dometic tie down kit on your Goose Gear setup? Wondering if this can be utilized in existing bolt/screw holes. (Without drilling new tie down points)

You might have to get 1/4-20 hardware to mate up with the goose gear t-nuts but that should be pretty easy to source

Yes, sir. I just sent a note to Dometic requesting bolt/screw size that comes with the kit. My only concern with the 1/4 20 hardware needed for the Goose Gear is that it may not fit in the d-rings included with the Dometic kit.

I'm pretty sure all of these are built to order and drop shipped. I ordered through a place in Texas that is a owned by a friend of a friend and paid no tax or shipping and it was shipped directly to me in San Diego from Goose Gear in LA. I ordered last year Nov 4th and they were delivered on Dec 16th.

    Oh man…
Definitely following. I’ve had my back seats out since I got the truck so I’m used to the noise. I’m a big fan of organization and flat surfaces, the factory floor doesn’t make that easy…

These will start when the piggy bank is full.
I had a set from goose gear for my AC 3rd Gen and loved them!

took them out when I sold the truck and am selling them now if anyone’s interested.

    800 total. They’re $495 a piece from the factory.

whats the largest fridge you can fit in the DBC seat delete on the 60% side without crossing onto the 40% side? curious to know if a Dometic DZ75 would fit on the (OEM rear wall style) base plate and between my drawer on the other side.

I built a DIY wood panel that I put a dometic on by removing the single seat. You can extend to however many seats you want. Just have to measure, take the seats out and use the swivel mounting points. There are a couple videos of people doing it for way cheaper on YT than goose gear and you can carpet the panels and etc to make it look nicer.

The price tag on these are a little high in my opinion. Having said that, I believe they have line X spray their panels. I know line x isn’t cheap, at least when I had one of my old Chevy truck beds sprayed.
