Just ordered a blem. After putting tundra brakes on the front I feel like the rear could use some help.

Question about the blem. Can you get it for the 3.5" and the 5" models?

Do the current blemished bpv's have the same hole issue or is it just no powdercoat

The blems are bad holes we don't and won't powder coat the blems that's why it says no powder coat.

how do i buy the 1/8 version? I don't really care as much for the thicker one if it does the same job well.

We haven't offered it for years due to lack of interest.

20190426_182259.jpg Just installed my 3.5. Seems like the 1" setting needs to have the bpv installed in front of the bracket. If its behind, the bpv component is touching the axle and seems like the bolts are touching. I just wonder though so I have it on the front of the bamf bracket. There was some tilt to install the bpv with the bolts. That's ok yes? Not sure if the bpv is that sensitive or needs to be flat and installed in the back of the bracket which is its original mount location.

Random/dumb question. I'm having a 2" OME kit installed on my truck. Will I need something like this? And does it need to be done right at the same time as the lift?

    Thanks

Am I correct that this is set up for a 2.5" lift? I couldn't use the upper set of holes where the bracket mounts to the axle because the bolt rubbed against the hard brake line when I used the top set of holes for 3" lift. I have OME nitrochargers with Dakar leaf packs with an add a leaf in the rear. Distance from ground to center of fender is about 38" on both sides.

Just installed mine today. Not sure what setting to use or how to test that its correct. I essentially lifted the arm till it was topped out. Wouldn't this 'simulate' load in the bed causing more rear brakes? My tires definitely aren't locking up when I brake.
