WOW - another great write up! Thank you. Going to give this a shot after the Holidays. I think I can handle the straight pieces, but have no experience with a tubing bender (other than conduit/copper).

Not sure where to put your trailer build. I have seen one other trailer build on TW, but can't seem to find it in search. Maybe you could put it in the "other build" page:notsure:?

According to Google this is "the loving mother of Bob Yates". Is this the Mother of Bob you speak of? :)

I never use the little cubby under my aftermarket headunit so I figured I could find a way to better use the space. Cut a little switch panel out of some sheetmetal and installed some new switches I got from OTRATTW.

Driving lights for my front Hellas
    Rock Lights
and Backup Lights for my Hella Matador light that is on my bedrack.

they are only on-off, versus an on-off-on setup...click and the lights are on and click the lights are off...

I love your build. I looked at all the pictures this morning and I will be going back to read about all your modifications. I love how your rig is purpose built and it looks phenomenal.

I really like what you did with the rims. Any issues with the paint chipping?

The timing belt's not that bad, although the crank seal sounds like a bitch.

Mine was absolutely caked in dried coolant around the crank seal and bottom pully. Removing all of that was the hardest part. Also unbolting the AC compressor because I didn't have the little snap on tool to compress the tensioner sucked.
