I lifted my truck 3" and my carrier bearing went bad so I replaced it and read that a drop down kit won't help vibrations so I never bought one. Then that new carrier bearing went bad so I am having to replace it again. Should I get a drop down kit? Or what should I do to avoid having to replace it again.

It's super cheap and easy to install, worth it in my opinion to at least try. I installed mine with the left and vibes went away after I removed it. Each truck is different though.

you dont even need a drop kit... some washers n longer bolts from the hardware store will do the same thing... for 5 bucks.

Bearing is for either a Bronco II or a Ranger, I cannot remember which one. Either way it is the same inner diameter as the Tacoma driveshaft. Also, the support/mounting bracket for the bearing was cut so I could mount the bearing above where it was when stock (i.e. closer to the body). I was dealing with vibrations and going through bearings quicker than I should have been after installing 3'' OME lift. Haven't had any issues so far. Things were installed this way since FEB 2016.

OP should ONLY CONSIDER THE FORD RANGE CB AS AN OPTION IF HE IS A 4x4!!!!

prerunners dont have slip joint after the CB they have a slip yoke at the trans that necessitates the driveshaft move back n forth in the cb hence why its so floppy from the factory.

Bed rug, ARE bed top, Weathertechs. Little goodies here and there!
I have the Ranger one that probably won't be using as I don't plan on lifting. Can sell it to you just to cover my costs and no more?
