You might want to try resetting the VSC first. Second post has the instructions. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/recalibrating-vsc-why-how.92474/

Ok ... I've tried zip ties, bought a whole set of new tires balanced twice, and had them aligned ... 55- 60mph still getting the vibration ... Guy at my shop (whom I trust), said everything was rock solid in the front end, but my caster was a bit out and couldn't get anymore ... Leaves me with uca's ... You think the uca's could fix the vibration, if I fix my caster issue?

Nope. UCA's will not fix your vibes but a good idea to correct your caster. Most likely your vibes is from the lift as you've isolated it to a certain speed. You will need to check your driveshaft angles. Most people use 2 or 3 degree shims on the rears to correct the angles and also use carrier bearing spacers.

You should have the shims and CB spacers to begin with on a 4" lift.

You just need to reduce the angles but the shims is dependent on the angle. Do you know how the rears are lifted? Blocks? AAL? If it's just AAL, it's usually 1.5 to 2" of lift and I would go 2 degree shims but if it's a 3"+ blocks, I'd do 3 degree. Give Headstrong a call to discuss, they are very helpful.

I legitimately have no angle ... Like maybe slight, but not that I can really tell... Hmmm

I'm dealing with a vibration issue as well. I bought a 2014 Tacoma Sport, Double cab 4x4, stock 17" wheels with Cooper Discovery A/t3 tires. 72,000 miles on it. I believe it was a hard 72,000 miles as well, seeing how when i dropped the front skid plate i literally chipped out about 20 lbs of dried mud from everywhere! I've had a vibration in the front that felt exactly like wheels out of balance, ever since i bought it. I had the alignment done (which was off some) which helped alittle. I just got the front wheels and tires rebalanced (which were off some) which helped alittle as well, but i still have the vibration. I just added 1" Bora hub and bolt centric wheel spacers two days ago, and just picked up a squeaking noise coming from my front left (wheel bearing?!). Shook the front wheel from 12o'clocl and 6, as well as 3 and 9, to check for Bearing, ball joints and tie rods. All check out and seem ok. HOWEVER, when the shake the wheel from 3 and 9, after the steering system locks, i can hear a clunk type noise coming from within, like my steering wheel assembly, maybe the shaft that goes from my steering wheel to my rack and pinion!??! I shook while a local mechanic stuck his head in closer, at first he thought it was a bad thing, then we yanked the wheel and tire, he got in the truck and checked the play in my steering wheel versus when my front rotors started to turn and everything checked out. He said he thinks it's just a noise that is being made from the linkages, and not anything of concern. I just ordered one wheel bearing assembly from Marionbumper2bumper, and will install that when it gets here. So i'm stumped as well. I'm going by the rule of replacing parts from cheapest and easiest, to the more expensive and harder to fix or repair. I am very mechanically inclined, and can install all parts myself. Just trying to figure out what is causing this. Again, the feel is of a wheel out of balance, with a minor feel of something else going on... hard to explain. Almost like maybe there is some slop in my steering.

EXACTLEY! ... I'm almost ready to give up and just drive it as is... Love my truck lol ... But all this vibration drives me crazy! Everything in my front end is tight ... I've completed 3 tire balances and 1 alignment with no prevail! ... Stumped.

I'm going to yank my wheel spacers (since the dealership would shit if they saw them), and take it into the dealership. It should be covered under the drivetrain warranty, so we'll see. I do have the wheel bearing on order too, so we'll see. I'm gonna call the dealership on Monday.

There are easy ways to tell what your angles are and to know if they are right. If they aren't, then you will know exactly where to shim. First read this.
    http://www.4xshaft.com/driveline101.asp
    And then this.
    http://www.4xshaft.com/tech_slopesVSangles.asp
Then go take some measurements and let us know what you find. :)

And just because there is this.

Most of the threads like this end up concluding with passenger side wheel bearing..

Are there upgraded cv's and wheel bearings for lifts for our trucks?
