Creaking sound when turning

Hi All,
Here's the rundown:
• Creaking from front right wheel well only when turning.
• Intermittent
• Only when turning right, not left.
• Car has minor lift, no known damage
• Visual inspection shows nothing
• I'm thinking ball-joint? Strut?

Any ideas? The help would be appreciated.

Spray some lube at the components in question as a test and take the truck for a test drive . If the noise goes away for a little , at least you will have narrowed down the problem .
What year is your truck ? is it 4x4 ? what size motor
How are your cab mounts ?

Oh, right. Should have mentioned it's a 2012 PreRunner, rear-wheel drive. Engine is the V6.4.0L, Automatic.

Will try out the lube idea and note the results. Also, I'll check out the mounts. Many thanks for the ideas.

 

Try lubing up your control arm bushings as well . Fairly common for squeaks when they dry out . Actually , all the bushings can make noise
