    H7 out of a 911 and expanded dry sump. From the factory! S brakes, turbo front valance and side skirts. All factory. Called Aero Boxster, only about 4 in U.S. Yeah, 12 quarts. Oil change interval--- 15,000 miles!

    3.7L 305 hp in a 1900lb car. No rust proofing or insulation tho, so I don't drive it very often. Porsches early version of a boxer club racer. Didn't sell well so they didn't make very many.Total garage princess.Going to sell it for when the prices of a used new model vette come down some. Guy in Or. Wants it, so I might drive down there in a couple weeks. Still need to get a good mpg daily beater tho.

    Yeah manual. Porsches are dry sump. The least they take is 7 quarts.(std boxster or older base 911>with dry sump, rather than having the oil stored on an oil pan so the crank splashes it up to lube the bottom end, and a pump lubes the top end, instead, the oil pan is very shallow, and the oil is stored in a big external tank, and a big oil pump pressurizes the lower end journals and stuff, and lubes the top end as well. The oil circulates in the engine, then is pumped up to two front mounted oil coolers, then back to the tank,and it starts all over again, THUS the 12 qts. There is about 3-4 qt just in the lines and coolers!

    Dang so that must take a while to drain the oil. You'd think it'd take too long to prime itself after the change...
