DIY Fluid Changes. Anybody know where I can find?

Hey all,

I'm looking to swap out my front/rear diff fluid/transfer case fluid, and Manual trans fluid this weekend. I've searched the site, and can't find a "how-to" thread anywhere, so if there is one, can you please direct me to it? If there isn't one, then please chime in with directions and/or suggestions.

I just can't stomach the fact that Toyota wants almost $500 to do this...
