Double cab OEM Running boards

    Are the OEM grey tube running boards the same on the long bed and short beds? I am trying to find out if a set off a long bed will fit my short bed double cab.

    I've heard that they are different but I'm not exactly sure.

    They mount to the cab. So yes, I'd say they are the same.

    But since I can't comment from direct experience, you should contact a Toyota dealership and ask them.

    They are different. Toyota has different part numbers for them. The LB's are slightly longer. Here are the part numbers (and the PDF I pulled them from).

    No, they're not the same.
    As Shortman stated they are longer and would probably hit the rear tire.
