I've had my 2019 Tacoma for about 6 months. It's a V6, 6 speed manual, 4x4 TRD and great so far except for an annoying hesitation?...stumble? that occurs when the engine is turning about 1800 rpm and you try to accelerate. There is a momentary pause as if you shut the engine off for a fraction of a second, and then it lurches forward. It doesn't matter what gear you're in, or how fast you're going. The dealer is clueless about how to fix this issue. Anyone else aware of this problem? Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

Yep. 100% the deal here. Ive only noticed it in the last month or so. Im thinking it may or may not be something with the dual fuel injection system. No idea.

Hm interesting. You have a 2019, so should have the latest ecu update. I have 2018 and i belive i dont have latest ecu update(although it drives fine, going to dealer to see if i have latest one soon)

My truck drives good with no hesitation or stumble, i get a surge at 3500 rpm tho, which is supposed to be normal. Maybe the latest ecu update will deliver more linear power.

What kind of octane you using? I use 91 since it has no ethanol and its been great so far.

I get the same, it's normal for the truck unfortunately.

I drive in S mode all the time, it helps.
