Ive done as much of the search bar as possible, and followed "Olympic Views" install instructions, when I did I ran the correct wiring from the fog relay to the towing tail relay, when I went to turn the fogs on they worked on the parking lights however the headlights were on too. So my headlights were running on the parking light notch, anyone had this problem?

oh that is weird... I just bent one of the prongs from the relay to the fog lights and wired it to another power wire... Is that what you did?

I just got a single wire and wrapped it around the prong of the fog relay and did the same to the tail towing relay..

I did the "Olympic View" anytime foglight mod. Dont have that problem. Did you notice if your headlights did that before the mod? If not, undo the mod and check. Also, did you pick the correct relay? If you picked the headlight relay, it would do that. I checked other methods just make sure I had the correct relay, and bent the correct tab. Chose this method to do the mod because I didnt want to splice any wires.

Below is the picture of how I did my fog light mod. You can't see exactly where I tapped in, but if you follow the light blue wire running from the relay you can almost see where it joins in with the light green wire coming from the smaller plug in the center. The light green is the one you want to tap. I pushed out the pin for that wire in the harness, tied the blue wire into it, and pushed the pin back in.

Different model years maybe but this was the easiest route for me...took about 15 minutes if that and no cutting/splicing wires.

It sounds like you pulled out the relay, wrapped the wire, then reinserted the relay without bending the tab out... is this what you did?? If so then that is the problem. You MUST bend the tab out, otherwise the signal your sending in the fog light relay is backfeeding into the truck and also triggering the headlights (from what it sounds like atleast).

Also, wrapping wire around the prong is not exactly um..... Standard Procedure, if you will :notsure: Might I recommend going to walmart, autozone, etc, and purchasing a couple insulated female spade terminals to properly connect your wire to the relay. It will be much safer than having a loose copper wire floating around in your fuse block

    Here is mine:
