After 60K trouble-free miles it's pretty clear that I'm going to keep my Tacoma until I run the wheels off it. My guess is that's going to take a number of more years and good many more miles. I've already made a few small changes to make the truck closer to what I really want. I'm now very close to pushing the go button on leather interior with heater seats. I've found a local shop that does the conversions for dealers.

My truck is a silver Sport DCSB 4X4 with the standard mix of graphite (almost black) and light gray interior cloth and plastic. I'm looking for opinions and pictures to help decide whether I should install leather to match the light gray plastic and carpet, to match the darker graphite dash and door accents, or possibly a combination of both (leather seats framed in light gray with graphite inserts). I'm also planning to cover the cloth pieces on the door panels and the console door in leather.

What's your opinion? Got any pictures?

    Thanks.

i saw a thread on these a few weeks ago...all kinds of pictures. i think it may have been a vendor's thread. the leather seats look amazing, especially the two tone (ie dark grey with light grey inserts, and a red TRD logo).

    good luck with your decision.

I like the matching grey with dark graphite inserts and black stitching. I think it flows really well with the rest of the interior.

edit: I don't know why my crappy old camera took a brighter picture than the other.

I bought the Clazzios for $400 delivered. (09 double cab) I love them. I took about two hours to install them. There are a bunch of picture on here if you look. I also fixed the low driver seat issue. I got 1" high density foam and cut it out to the shape of the the driver seat and installed the cover over it. The seat is higher and more comfortable. Perfect.
