haha, no, I'm not. $574.02 paid and will always be paid on time through automatic deductions from my checking account. Like I said, I love the truck, I have zero agenda to get rid of it.

 

Right but you said you don't have floor mats.

Definitely take it in. If there really is a problem I'd sure like to know about it.

 

No loss, Truck is still beautiful as ever, freshly washed and in my parking stall. Just got done hand washing it. Thanks though, I appreciate the flamers getting everything out of the way so we can have normal discussion. ;-)

 

I am glad someone knows how too...with all this talk I am surprise it isn't automatic for people.

Did you ever take it to Toyota for inspection and to have a documentation of your concern's with the truck ?

 

Naa, I figured they would fix it and I'd get the fix. I know how to control it and what to do in the event of these awesome new undocumented features Toyota is installing. If it happens again, which I hope it doesn't, I'll take it in. I'm more passive, than actionable on things I can control.

Yea, I assumed the mats were the cause until it happened without a mat. I knew what to do, and Toyota didn't have any recall going at the time for this issue (other than mats). As I said earlier, I'm more passive when it comes to things I can control.

I didn't know my friend had one without the mat, I thought all of his were with the mat installed (See my prior posts).

It doesn't help I hate my dealership, the whole fiasco with my engine blowing up and them not helping me out hasn't made me trust them at all. (I posted that here, too).

He's talked about it several times so he can document it so he can speed and blame it on that or if he ever wrecks it'll be an excuse.

But for real, your truck is the only one I've seen even talked about doing it. I don't really believe any of this SUA crap, but take it in and get it checked out. Until we have VISUAL PROOF of this happenin I'll continue to think every "incident" is all BS. But that's just my opinion.
