for a $1100( TRD Sport) upgrade. You get the visual Hood Scoop, Bilstien shocks, 17" alloy wheels with 265 tires, power inverter, and a pair of TRD decals. That adds up easily over an extra G+
    SR5 upgrade to 16" Alloys add $400

its your money, so spend it how you want. but in my opinion, a non-functional hood scoop, yellow painted shocks, wheels and tires (that you will most likely replace anyways), a $40 inverter, and some stickers arent worth the extra money.

dont tell me that the truck rides better with the bilsteins either. spring rates are as important or more important to "ride feel" than shocks and they all come with the same springs.

speaking from experience, i work at a toyota dealer in the parts department.

fyi, we sell factory takeoffs all day long for $300 a set.

either way, congrats on the new truck. you will love it. i love mine.
