Got rear ended. This makes accident #7 since December. All of them I was NOT at fault for.

so since you've now been rear ended, do you prefer to be the pitcher or the catcher?

dude something. I do have some frame damage. Hoping its minor enough I can have it repaired, box in the frame, and forget about it. I even have the frame plates to box it in already. Its just hot.

Had to replace the clutch pedal bushings again, and as this was the third time it was extremely straight forward and I knew what to expect.

Because it was the third time, I decided to try brass bushings instead of plastic. Big improvement and I highly recommend it. The spring itself had worn through the stamped steel bracket so some welding was required. I used washers that were a thousandth smaller then the O.D. of the bushing. I had the bushings on ice so when the washers were welded on, I just dropped the bushings in with the bracket still very hot from the welding and when the temperatures equalised, it was like I planned it. Worked well.

I do not like the center bushing, but it took me three trys to get this one to work. It still has a crack in it, however a I ran out of material and cool Arizona morning weather. I initially wanted to solder or braze it in, but as I used oil impregnated bushings, and steel/brass it didn't work well.

I also had to use 1/4 I.D. bushings because of cost. They are big. The correct size is 7/32 I.D. the cost difference is bout 14 dollars. Each.

    Disclaimer: Excuse the booger welds.

Picked up non abs brake lines to delete the pump, powerstop big brake kit from a tundra, and some tires.

Did the tundra brakes. Looked at abs delete more. The master will work, however the lspv will need to have the return plugged. I ended up having to do my master cylinder as well this weekend and it has what looks to be the correct size plug to block off the return. So I robbed it from the old one and have plans to do it soon. Then manual hubs at the same time. Possibly spindle gussets.

Found one of the light racing ball joint slugs was worn and causing it to have play. Replaced it.

Greased light racing bushings with SUPER LUBE.

Found the rack has vertical play internally. Having my spare rebuilt.

My front diff is working on grenading itself. I suspect it is related to the "spare" tooth I had stuck to the drain plug when I first bought the truck. Going to get the spare resealed/inspected and maybe a locker.

Driver door lock failed. I have been meaning to replace that door anyways. I have an entire spare. Just gotta swap glass or get the window tinted same as the others.

That was actually fairly easy to replace the door.
