    Me too. I was told it was the tranny dropping into first after being stopped. Everything I have found seemed to back this up.

    #2 is in your owner's manual. It a fuel system related item. It's a purge.

    It's call an EVAP canister. It's used for emissions, it's supposed to bring unused fuel back to the gas tank.
