picked mine up new in 07 with 12 miles. im 50 miles away from 95k. had rear tsb done, a seal replaced, and a belt tensioner "replaced" (still makes the same noise, i think all they did was replace the belt). no other big issues. that being said, toyota extendend warranty ftw!

edit: i forgot about the battery i replaced earlier this year. and the clock spring that needs replacing.

I've got 133k on my 05. Bought it with 112k last year this time. So far it's been better than my last 05 I bought new and sold with 102k but i've only had it a year. When I first bought it the truck needed front wheel bearings horribly. Like unreal how the hell could anyone ever possibly drive this I can't hear myself think it's so loud horrible. But I had already done them on my last truck so I knew exactly what it was and it allowed me to talk the dealer down a huge amount on the price. Since then the only thing I've had to replace is the clockspring.

06 with 124k. Replaced a battery and the u-joints. I too have the damn clock spring issue but don't mind the red light on the dash seeing as it is a $500 repair.

It's a $220 part that takes all of maybe 15 minutes to install. I didn't mind the light either but it freaked my wife out that the airbag wouldn't work so I fixed it.

Yeah they say the airbags may or may not go off in an accident. I don't like the idea but the dealership wanted $500. I may look into the part if it is that easy....they were talking like I had to take the whole dash and steering wheel off as if it were crazy intensive. Thanks for the info!

2008 with 68,000. bought it used a few months ago. Sence then the front driver diff bearing and the cv shaft started to vibrate, fixed that. Then after that the rear pinion bearings were howling bad fixed that. All under warranty. I think it was lack of maintance or care from the previous owner. other than that sweet truck.

2010, nearly 30k miles, had the rear TSB done, a brake line pulled out of the rear drum, and was fixed under warranty... over $6k of repairs due an incident with a deer... and endless fun, scratches, and dings attained while using my truck like a truck should be used!
