I'm planning to buy a Thule carrier basket, but I'm not sure I know how it will mount to the truck. I've tried to do a search on this, but working off my phone is being a pain in the tail. Can anyone tell me how to mount it to the truck. Without rigging something up either. Thanks in advance.

I wish I had spent the money on a good quality, heavy duty rack from the start. I've got the Yakima Q tower setup, and by the time you have the clips, towers, bars and basket you could have paid for a PRINSU, Baja, or frontrunner rack. Now my truck looks like this, too

No I don't have racks, and when I just saw the price of them. I changed my idea on it all together. $500+ in just racks and basket, and then have to buy a bag. No thanks. I'm just going to order a cargo bag for the bed of the truck.
