    It'll look good man
Yep, same thing happened to me, and like you it bothered the hell out of me even though you could barely see it. Next time add more coats of clear.
Cool man, I actually work in hanford and I see a couple of nice tacos around here. What's yours look like?

I put 20 coats of clear on. Just went a little overboard with the sanding.
The cracking I believe was because I painted inside in 68F basement and had to put them on to go to work in 10F weather. Plastic probably shrank a little before the tint could fully dry. Oh well. It will be perfect one day.

Yea, the cold weather definitely caused the cracking

Why does everyone skip the 3rd brake light? And I also used a material called oracal 8300 which looks just as good and is removable if you ever needed to, took only about 1/2 hour to do?!

You can get a decal that has cut outs in vinyl from sockmonkey to cover the 3rd light. It's pretty sweet.

I tried this mod today and I'm not totally satisfied with the results.

The VHT came out all speckled. I held the nozzle ~6-8 inches from the surface. Maybe I went to fast?

I thought it might look better when finished, but it doesn't. I'm going to sand it down tomorrow and start over.

Happened to me also. I held the can closer for a more uniform coverage.

It seems like it will then get much too dark.

I'll give it a try this evening. Thanks.

The night shades will look speckeled. Thats normal. After several coats of clear, it will level out some. The key, is wet sanding the clear with 2000 grit and then buffing it with a good automobile buffer. Then it should look smooth as glass.

I think youre talking about the orange peel effect, but Im sure he is talking about actual specs of nite shades being dark little dots.

Yes. I am talking about the nightshade being speckled.

I'm getting ready to spray it right now.

Removing 10 layers of clearcoat + nightshade proved tiring.
